ChristConnect iOS App (Published)

We developed ChristConnect, a feature-rich Bible application incorporating innovative “prayer bubbles” and an on-device large language model, powered by llama.cpp, for real-time verse analysis. Our technical stack combined Firebase Authentication, Realtime Database, and Firestore with native SwiftUI to deliver a seamless user experience. We successfully navigated Apple’s review process to ensure the app’s publication on the App Store.

We designed and developed this entire site from the ground up as a truly bespoke website, eschewing prebuilt themes. Key integrations included ChurchSuite for events and member management, and a custom Dropbox API gallery enabling staff to upload photos effortlessly without requiring code. We also implemented comprehensive on-page SEO strategies to enhance local discoverability for the church. Actively maintained since 2020, this site stands as a robust example of clean, accessible, and mobile-first web design.

Traffic modelling

Modelling Traffic Flow with ML

We developed a machine learning model by training Random Forest and XGBoost algorithms on the NGSIM dataset to predict driver behaviour. This involved constructing a leader-follower simulation and rigorously comparing its performance against classical mathematical models using Mean Squared Error (MSE). The resulting model achieved over 80% accuracy, demonstrating how advanced data-driven approaches can inform traffic planning, logistics, and safety analysis.

Stock Management iOS App

This retail inventory iOS application features a barcode scanner, integrated with Firebase Authentication, Realtime Database, and Firestore. We validated workflows through stakeholder interviews, then iteratively refined the design to enable staff to efficiently check stock, record movements, and identify issues with minimal interaction. This project shows how custom apps can eliminate spreadsheet reliance and reduce manual errors.
